Venue Site Visit & Design

We visit your venue in person, measure ceiling spans, identify anchor points, map power source locations, and photograph the space. We deliver a detailed lighting design showing exact fixture placement, string light runs, and uplighting positions before you commit.

Pre-Rig & Load Planning

All string light runs, fairy light curtains, and LED fixtures are pre-rigged, tested, and labelled at our facility before your event. Load calculations prevent tripped circuits. We coordinate with your venue's AV team on power access and structural clearances well in advance.

Day-of Setup & Strike

Our crew arrives during your venue's designated setup window, typically the morning of your event. Every circuit is tested before guests arrive. We return for a full silent strike after the event concludes, typically midnight or later, leaving the venue completely clear.

String Light Canopies

Parallel or radial string light runs create a warm, glowing ceiling canopy across reception spaces, tent interiors, and outdoor courtyards. We use commercial-grade G40 globe or Edison-style bulbs, warm 2700K colour temperature, and heavy-duty cable rated for continuous use. Typical canopy coverage: 1,000–5,000 sq ft.

Best for: Tent interiors, outdoor courtyards, barn venues, backyard receptions.

Fairy Light Curtains & Draping

Ultra-fine LED fairy lights draped across ceilings, walls, mandap structures, and stage backdrops create a delicate, luminous atmosphere. Warm white (2700–3000K) and cool white (5000K) available. Density options range from light shimmer to full cascade. Popular for South Asian weddings, Diwali celebrations, and luxury receptions across Brampton, Mississauga, and Vaughan.

Best for: Mandap draping, head table backdrops, full room transformations.

LED Uplighting

Battery-powered or wired LED uplights positioned along walls, columns, and perimeter surfaces wash the room in your wedding colours. We use RGBW LED fixtures (American DJ Mega Par Profile or equivalent) that can be set to any colour or smoothly fade between your palette. No visible cabling when battery units are used.

Best for: Ballrooms, banquet halls, adding colour without structural rigging.

Tent Interior Installations

Full tent interior lighting transformations: string light canopies across the ceiling span, fairy light liner draping, perimeter uplighting, and entrance illumination. We assess load-bearing capacity of tent frames (Losberger, Roder, Gala Tent structures), use only approved rigging points, and secure all cabling along tent poles. Suitable for marquee tents from 20x40 to full festival-scale structures.

Best for: Outdoor estate weddings, backyard marquees, luxury tent events.

Intimate Ceremony Package

Up to 75 guests, backyard or small venue

String light canopy (up to 800 sq ft), 8 LED uplights, setup and teardown.

Full Reception Package

100–200 guests, banquet hall or estate

String canopy or fairy light ceiling, 16–24 uplights, stage/head table draping, entrance feature.

Includes: Full design, ceiling treatment, uplighting, feature draping, setup and teardown

Luxury Tent Installation

Marquee or frame tent, up to 5,000 sq ft interior

Full ceiling string light or fairy light canopy across tent span, perimeter uplighting, entrance arch, chandelier-style focal features.

Grand Estate Wedding

200+ guests, full property transformation

Complete property lighting: building facade, outdoor ceremony area, reception tent, entrance driveway, garden features, and interior draping.

$8,000 – $15,000+ CAD

Includes: Multi-area design, full property coverage, dedicated lighting director on-site, full setup and teardown
